"In the meetings of the Anthroposophical
Society a great truth can be experienced.
When human beings meet together seeking
the spirit with unity of purpose then they
will also find their way to each other —
they will find the path from soul to soul."
Rudolf Steiner

The Anthroposophical Society
in America is the national organ of the General Anthroposophical Society,
founded by Rudolf Steiner in 1923 as "an association of people who would
foster the life of the soul, both in the individual and in human society,
on the basis of a true knowledge of the spiritual world."
Rudolf Steiner's writings, lectures, and artistic
and practical activities offered a wealth of insights into the spiritual
dimensions of our world. Since his death in 1925, many people have
sought to continue his research through study, reflection and meditation,
and to apply it in many areas of human endeavor. The international
center for this work is the School for Spiritual Science, at the
Goetheanum in Dornach, Switzerland.
Membership in the society is open to everyone
regardless of nationality, social standing, scientific or artistic
conviction, or religion. It is entirely non-secratarian, and
nonpolitical. The sole criterion for membership is "to consider
as justified the existence of a School for Spiritual Science."
