The registration deadline of May 16, 2012 is fast approaching. For those who have already registered – thank you! If you are planning to attend the  Heartbeet Conference and have not registered yet, please do so as soon as possible. As usual, we are asking everyone who can to bring a snack or dessert to share. The extra contributions make all  the difference. Whether it is a loaf of bread, wedge of cheese or a dessert...we will welcome it. If you can note on
the Registration Form what you hope to bring, that would be a big help!

You can find directions to Heartbeet in the linked PDF below or on our website (www.heartbeet.org under Contact Us). Friday dinner and the rest of the conference will take place in Kaspar House (the big one). Many of you know the site but for those who don’t, once you are on Town Farm Road, take the first left at the top of the hill onto a small dirt road (we will post signs). Proceed past the pond on the left to Kaspar House. Since parking is limited at the house, we recommend that people park along Town Farm Road near White Pine House (the yellow farmhouse across from the barn). There is plenty of space on the right side of the road before the house and some just beyond. Campers are free to choose any site they like. There are fields in front of and behind Kaspar House and near the pond. The portable toilet will be
outside of Kaspar House.

If you plan to stay in a local B&B or motel, we recommend making your reservations as early as possible as space gets booked up.
