Conference Fees: Fee for members is $140; for non-members $180; seniors 65 & over, $70; youth 25 & under, $50. The conference fee covers all lectures and workshops, the Friday evening performance and Saturday lunch. Donations to our scholarship fund will be gratefully accepted. The scholarship fund will be used to enable others to attend the conference. (You can make a donation when you go to the online registration.)
There is no fee for the Class lesson, nor for the Annual General Meeting.
Cancellations: Refunds of the conference fee, minus a $35 processing fee, are available if requested by Monday, October 18th.

For air travel, you can arrive at either O’Hare International Airport or Chicago Midway Airport. O’Hare is closer to the hotels, but Midway services Southwest Airlines.
There is a very efficient web of elevated trains in Chicago and it can get you everywhere! The “el” stops at both airports and will take you to the hotels, and from the hotels to the school. Travel time from the hotels in Evanston to the school is about 20 minutes. There will be more information in your registration packet about navigating this transit system, including how to purchase a pass for unlimited rides for the three days of the conference.

There is parking at the hotels, but you should check in advance how it works and what the costs are. Parking is available near the school at the Loyola University garage for a flat fee of $7/day.
