Dear Friend:
The Anthroposophical Society helps individuals seeking to develop
their soul and spiritual capacities and place them in service of
humanity and the earth. We encourage your membership as a means of
affirming and supporting these activities at this time when renewal
of spiritual and soul capacities is so urgently needed. The American
Society is a nationally based membership organization with groups
and branches throughout the U.S. The Society and its local groups
sponsor opportunities for members and the general public to develop
new soul spiritual capacities through study groups, conferences,
meditation retreats, public dialogues and publications. As important,
the Society funds programs that are renewing our society and the
very earth. Through the School of Spiritual Science, which stands
at the very center of the Anthroposophical Society, ongoing research
enlivens and deepens work in education, farming and gardening,
nutrition, medicine, care for the elderly and developmentally
disabled, the arts, social work, youth work and much more. We
invite you to learn more and join with us in bringing about such
renewal.
